Property plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key identifying distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current oversight process.
